Updated: Oct 3, 2020

This is a quick & easy meal that you can whip up in 30 minutes. It's rich, creamy and loaded with all those classic cheesesteak flavors.....doesn't get any better than that!

What you'll need:

  • 1 1/2 lbs - thinly slice steak

  • 1 lb - Rotini pasta (or pasta of your choice)

  • 2 tbs - Flavorgod Steak & Chop Rob or steak seasoning

  • 1 1/2 tbs - minced garlic

  • 2 tbs - butter

  • 1 tbs - Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 2 tbs - olive oil

  • 1 thinly sliced green or red bell pepper (or you can use both)

  • 1 thinly sliced onion

  • 2-3 cups of cooked broccoli

  • 1/4 cup white cooking wine

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

  • 2 1/2 tbs - Cajun seasoning

  • 1 tsb - beef bouillon powder

  • 1 tbs - garlic powder

  • 1 tbs - onion powder

  • 2 tsp - black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 4- 5 slices of Provolone cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F

  2. Cook pasta according to instructions on the package, then set aside.

  3. If you'll be using frozen broccoli, cook according to package instructions. If using fresh broccoli, steam until broccoli is a light green color; set aside when done.

  4. Heat olive in a skillet then add steak, season steak with FlavorGod seasoning or whichever steak seasoning you choose. Add worcestershire sauce.

  5. Cook steak until browned. Once brown transfer to a plate and keep covered.

  6. Using the same skillet, add your butter until melted.

  7. Add pepper and onions and cook for about 3 minutes

  8. Add the minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.

  9. Add white cooking wine and simmer until it reduces to about 1/3.

  10. Add cream cheese and mix until melted, then add heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer.

  11. Add chicken bouillon powder, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper

  12. Stir and reduce heat to low, allow to simmer for about 6-7 minutes

  13. Stir in half the mozzarella cheese, then add slices of provolone cheese (you can tear the cheese into smaller pieces).

  14. Add cooked pasta to cheese sauce

  15. Add steak to cheese sauce and mix well

  16. In a casserole dish or aluminum pan, spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  17. Transfer pasta mixture to casserole dish or pan.

  18. Top with the remaining cheese and bake in oven for about 30 minutes.

  19. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes then serve.

  20. Enjoy!
