Garlic Butter Chicken Bites (20 minute meal)

What you'll need (4 servings):


2 1/2 - 3 lbs of boneless chicken breast (diced)

4 tbsp - butter

1/2 tsp Umami seasoning (optional)

1 tsp - Italian Seasoning

1/2 tsp - Red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp - black pepper

1/2 tsp - onion powder

1 tbsp - minced garlic

1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth

1 1/2 tbsp - fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp - fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
