This Ginger Steak & Asparagus stir fry recipe is one of those one skillet, 15-minute meals that can be served over rice or mashed potatoes...or just eat it alone if you're trying to watch your carbs! Using fresh asparagus gives this dish a unique flavor and adds some texture. You can substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp, substitute the asparagus with fresh green beans and you can even add more of your favorite veggies.
